JOIN OUR PEDIATRIC REHAB TEAM AS A CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA) – DAYSHIFT

Location: 625 West Edwin Street, Williamsport, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, Dayshift
Travel: Occasional travel to local schools or Early Intervention sites
Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate COTA to join our Pediatric Rehab Clinic team. This role offers a dynamic mix of settings, including outpatient care, school-based therapy, and Early Intervention services.

As a vital part of our therapy team, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality care that makes a real difference in the lives of children and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapeutic interventions based on individualized treatment plans
• Supporting children across pediatric, adolescent, and occasionally adult populations
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborating with therapists and educators in school and Early Intervention settings
• Participating in team meetings, in-service training, and departmental initiatives
• Administering standardized assessments and reporting results
• Ensuring compliance with state Occupational Therapy Practice Acts
