Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and Rehab facility conveniently located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. We are currently looking for an exceptional and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our work family. You will record treatment notes and weekly progress. You will participate in patient care and rehab conferences as needed. Responsibilities
The COTA will assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing care plans for residents based on physician treatment plans. Responsibilities include recording treatment notes and participating in patient care and rehab conferences as needed.
