COTALAND is an amusement park with over 30 attractions and experiences, including first-of-their-kind roller coasters. We're gearing up to hire our initial teams of Grand Opening CREW Members who will help shape how COTALAND runs before the gates ever open. You'll commission rides, prepare kitchens, set up dining rooms and retail stores, stock inventory, run practice scenarios, and help influence the operation and standards that every CREW Member after you will follow. Along the way, you'll also receive training and development opportunities in guest experience, training others, and understanding how your role connects and supports the overall operation. As a MERCHANDISE ATTENDANT, you'll work in our retail stores and game locations helping guests find what they need, while running registers and games, stocking product, and keeping your area sharp and guest-ready. Roles start at $16 per hour. Full time and part time hours are available. Perks include free park admission, discounts, racing event tickets and more. Work Schedule and Conditions This position is based on-site at COTALAND Theme Park at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas and requires flexibility for non-traditional hours during rehearsals, installs, openings, and seasonal peak operations. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull. Ability to stand/walk for long periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
