Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of all ages and demographics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to children, youth, adults, couples.
- Implement patient care strategies tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with professionals to support clients emotional well-being.
- Manage cases by conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Experience:
- Post Secondary Education (BSW, RSW, MSW, CCPA, CCC).
