Therapeutic services include but are not limited to, assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person centered services and management of client risk and safety. Role Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or a related human services field. Two (2) years’ experience working with children and families or related human services field. Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families. Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate. Must have a valid driver license in state of residence, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy. Compensation: Base pay ranges between $20.22 to $21.85 an hour based on experience with an additional supplemental pay (up to 8% of base pay) for the FST WRAP.
