Job Details Job Location: Buena Vista, CO 81211 Position Type: Seasonal Staff Salary Range: $410.00 - $410.00 Salary The counselor-in-training (CIT) program at the A/U Ranches offers 17-year-olds an opportunity to learn and grow as servant leaders before their senior year in high school. CITs gain leadership and collaborative experience while working with campers and counselors in an environment where Christian Science is lived. CITs also support camp sessions by maintaining the lodges and washing dishes after meals. CITs are supported by ongoing guidance and feedback from the CIT trainer.
