McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking Full-time Counselor's to join our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Clinic at our headquarters location in Charlotte, NC. How will you help us achieve our mission? You will: * Be at the forefront of crafting person-centered treatment plans for patients in all stages of recovery. * Play a pivotal role in monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes. * Lead individual and group counseling sessions to support both patients and their families. * Connect patients with vital support services, such as medical evaluation, mental health, and social support. What are the qualifications needed for this role?: We're looking for a minimum Master's degree-level fully licensed or associate licensed Family Counselor (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC). The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with the adolescent population in a clinical setting, as well as at least 1 year of experience specifically working with individuals facing substance use challenges. Additionally, we're looking for a candidate with a strong interest in justice services, the ability to engage and support adolescents in overcoming substance use issues, and also a strong understanding of the intersection of substance use, mental health, and justice involvement.
