Progress Foundation is hiring full-time Crisis Counselors for our Sonoma programs. The Crisis Counselor provides outreach, basic support, individual and group crisis counseling, public education, and referral information for those experiencing serious mental illness and other co-occurring disorders. Success in the position requires great engagement skills, a passion for making a difference, and ideally, individuals who are technology- and internet- savvy.
