Counselor / Therapist - Adult Outpatient Services This position will serve at our Adult Outpatient Services in Dothan, Al, Geneva, and Barbour County Monday/Wednesday 8am-2pm-Adult Outpatient Services, 3pm-9pm- Geneva Tuesday: 8am-5pm- Adult Outpatient Services; Thursday 1pm-9pm- Barbour county Responsibilities Include: * Facilitating individual, couple, family and group therapy to clients employing various therapeutic techniques * Documenting and updating clinical records using an electronic health record system * Coordinate with community agencies and programs for services as needed such as sober living homes, DHR, AA, various other civic and religious groups * Responds to crisis situations as needed Requirements: * Counselor (BS degree)/Therapist (MS degree) in Psychology, Social Work or related field with completion of a relevant clinical practicum * Must have a good motor vehicle record and be willing to submit to MVR check * Prefer substance abuse certification from the Alabama Association of Addiction Counselors, National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, Alabama Alcohol and Drug Association or International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium.
