Description Lakeside is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping students identify, manage, and overcome mental and emotional challenges that may be impacting their academic performance. Provide individual and group counseling to students to address mental and emotional issues. Actively listen to students and ask insightful questions to help them understand their challenges. Develop and implement strategies to assist students in improving their overall well-being and academic success. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all counseling practices.
