Suporte ao time de agentes terceirizados (3rd Party Agent). Comunicação com o time financeiro. Controle e gerenciamento de estoque de formulários. Atividades – Averbação Ajuste de datas no sistema CE Mercante. Notificação proativa de divergências de recinto (DUE) – Pré-embarque. Gestão de e-mails na plataforma Case Management. Comunicação com stakeholders internos e externos (terminais, time operacional, prontidão de carga, time de manifesto, time de transbordo, Receita Federal). Exclusão de registros no CE Mercante. Processos junto à Receita Federal via portal e-CAC. Suporte ao time CX Frontline. Contato com terminais via Microsoft Teams.
