Do you have a passion for counter fraud? If you’re proactive with an investigative mindset, this could be an excellent next step for you. AXA Commercial are expanding their Counter Fraud Unit to prioritise Fraud Detection. We are seeking Experienced Commercial Property and Casualty Counter Fraud Investigators.
You’ll manage a portfolio of complex counter fraud investigations from detection to closure. Utilising best practise, fraud intelligence, and proactive fraud detection you’ll get the best outcomes for AXA and our customers.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure investigations are conducted within best practice, procedures, claims protocols and SLA’s.
  • Use validation techniques and tools to validate claims and develop these at counter fraud investigator level.
  • Self -driven progression through the development framework aligned to your role level.
  • Share general intelligence with industry contacts, undertake specific pro-active enquiries.
  • Provide guidance and support to counter fraud investigators and other teams on cases.
  • Manage a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims until completion.
  • Coach and develop fraud and non-fraud handlers to increase technical competence and fraud detection.
