EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is essential.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Experience with sanitation standards and food safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions efficiently.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively while maintaining service quality.
