POSITION SUMMARY

For our new counter at Ludwig Beck we are looking to hire a passionate and energetic Counter Manager. The Counter Manager will provide excellent product knowledge, sales and customer service skills to meet and exceed the brands service and sales goals and lead a team of Retail Artists. The Counter Manager will have an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit, a passion for clean and sustainable beauty and are a true ambassador for Westman Atelier both in relation to the customer and to the store management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of management experience in a similar role in the beauty industry. Strong people skills and people management are essential.
  • Team player with a positive outlook
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Passionate about clean beauty
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Makeup artistry skills with the ability to connect artistry and education to sales
  • Flexible schedule and available to work weekends
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and proficient in Google Drive preferred
