THE ROLE

Sofina Foods is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, providing advice, recommendations, and assistance to ensure a positive experience. You will also play a vital part in maintaining high store standards, from hygiene and product presentation to stock management and compliance.

Competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour
10 hours per week with flexibility in working hours

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and present the counter to the highest standard
• Prepare different cuts of meat and assist customers with product knowledge
• Support counter and pre-pack operations, including product sampling
• Carry out stock rotation, price reductions, and distribution of promotional material
• Receive deliveries and complete associated paperwork
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards through regular cleaning
• Undertake internal training to build skills and knowledge
• Provide support to the management function when required
