Requirements What You’ll Need • Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly • Strong communication skills (phone skills are a must!) • Basic computer proficiency • Ability to multitask and stay organized Bonus Points (Not Required, But We’ll Be Impressed) • Experience with recycled, reman, or aftermarket parts • Background in collision, mechanical repair, or heavy equipment • ASE certifications • Bilingual skills
