Fenix Parts is a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products in the United States. The Fenix companies have been in business an average of more than 25 years and currently operate from 30+ locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems. Job Snapshot: * Effective communication and customer service skills * Readily adjusts schedule, tasks and priorities when necessary to meet business needs. * Provides excellent customer service to all walk-in and phone customers. * Accurately and efficiently operates cash register. * Completes daily opening and closing duties, maintains a clean work area. * Maintains correct cash balances at cash register and ensures that there is sufficient cash in cash drawer. * Process payments, made with cash, checks, credit or debit cards. * Maintains awareness of all promotions and advertisements that affect product prices. * Communicates company policies and procedures to customers. Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent required * 1+ years of retail experience desired * Proficiency in English and able to interact with customers, employees, read reports, and follow instructions. * Basic computer skills * Bilingual, Fluency in a second language is a plus but not required. * Knowledge of automotive parts a plus but not required.
