Responsibilities include: * Service customers at the counter and over the phone by taking orders and entering them into the system accurately. * Recommend product solutions and upsells to customers. * Provide product, pricing and availability information to customers. * Retrieve orders from warehouse quickly and accurately. * Assist with receiving deliveries, picking orders and stocking inventory.
