Key Responsibilities

As our Counter Sales Executive, your role will be centered on direct client interaction and sales. You will:

• Handle all sales inquiries from walk-in customers and over the phone.
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to clients across the marine, oil, and hardware sectors.
• Process sales orders, manage transactions, and handle customer payments accurately.
• Maintain a professional and organized sales counter environment.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
