Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We now have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Counter Sales Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations. This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys variety delivering both administration support and customer service at our front counter!
Our team is supportive, friendly, and thrives on collaboration and as the Counter Sales Assistant you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the team and Office Manager, helping ensure the efficient operation of the sales department and also being a friendly face at our counter!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • High accuracy of data entry and data management.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service
  • Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems would be beneficial but not essential.
