ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Counter Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our busy branch. This is a dual-role position — you’ll be managing the trade counter, serving account and retail customers, while also handling daily warehouse duties like picking orders and maintaining stock.
We’re specifically looking for someone with industry experience, ideally coming from another wholesaler or trade environment. If you know the ropes, can hit the ground running, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve trade and retail customers professionally and efficiently
Process account holder sales and walk-in transactions
Pick and prepare orders accurately for collection or delivery
Keep the warehouse safe, organised, and fully operational
Support general branch operations and customer service
