Job Description Join our team as a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate, United States! We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean and organized inventory in the warehouse Drive a forklift to load and unload delivery trucks Use RF Scanners to pick or put away materials in bin locations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems In-depth product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product line Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
