POSITION AVAILABLE: FULL TIME COUNTER SALES & WAREHOUSE– WINNIPEG, MB

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Winnipeg team as a Counter Salesperson. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail background preferred, with proven experience in customer service.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs (27kg).
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) and other relevant computer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Willingness to be trained on forklift operation.
  • Retail experience is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Manage in-store displays, including seasonal transitions and product merchandising.
  • Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring proper stocking and rotation of products.
  • Maintain accurate pricing for all items to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and update inventory records as needed.
  • Keep the store environment clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge to better assist customers and meet their needs.
  • Utilize computer systems for order processing and inventory management.
