Description S&S Tire Truck Center is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, serving the Lexington area markets. We are looking to add a Front Counter Sales Associate/ Will Call to our Lexington Truck Tire Team. Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking Interact with customers both inside and on the phone Follow a structured sales process Have working knowledge of our commercial tire brands Be able to effectively manage open repair/service orders Proactive follow up with current and previous customers Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints This is a customer facing position. This Associate will greet service customers, write up their concerns on a work order, dispatch the work to the correct technician. They will make tire sales through phone orders for customer pick-up and schedule truck services.
