Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Storefront Sales Associate to join our team. As a Storefront Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, phone sales, E mail, customer retention and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our storefront.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
2. Provide product knowledge and information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing.
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Software ( tally, )
4. Maintain a clean and organized storefront environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and tidying up as needed.
5. Actively engage with customers to promote current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
6. Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, and resolve all queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Stay informed about the products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to better serve customers and drive sales.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and security.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous retail sales experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
7. Basic math skills and proficiency in using a tally system.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
9. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 5 to 8 kg
