We're looking for a friendly, dependable Counter Server / Barista to join our cafe crew. As a Counter Server, you'll be the heart of our Boiceville location, serving fresh-baked pastries, organic breads, coffee and specialty drinks, and our breakfast and lunch menu while creating the kind of warm and positive experience that keeps our community coming back! Follow and uphold all applicable Bread Alone cleanliness and food safety standards Work with the team on daily tasks like restocking and cleaning and deep cleaning. What We’re Looking For No experience necessary, but it’s preferred. As a Counter Server / Barista, you will serve coffee, pastries, and meals while creating a warm and positive experience for guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area.
