The restaurant is located at 412 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102. At Due’ Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta. Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms. Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area. Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish. Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed. Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome. Other duties as necessary or assigned. Experience: Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :) Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: People who enjoy spending time with customers to educate them about our food. High-energy, proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work (and have fun!) in a diverse team. Attention to detail. Passionate about food. Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required). Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit. Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly. Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.. Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area. Ability to work under stress. Scheduling flexibility. Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required).

Responsibilities

The counter server will greet customers, guide them through the menu, and assist with order fulfillment for both dine-in and delivery platforms. Additionally, they will participate in fresh pasta preparation and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and pasta lab.
