The restaurant is located at 12670 120th Ave NE, suite 170, Kirkland, WA 98034. At Due’ Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta. Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms. Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area. Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish. Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed. Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome. Other duties as necessary or assigned. Experience: Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :) Requirements What are we looking for? Responsibilities

This role requires upholding company values, mastering fresh pasta making, guiding customers through the menu, and ensuring accurate fulfillment of delivery orders by communicating with drivers. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness in dining areas and the pasta lab, and addressing customer concerns collaboratively with the back-of-house team.
