Our restaurant is looking for a counter server for a part-time position at our Roosevelt location! The restaurant is located at 1201 NE 65th Street, Seattle, WA 98115. Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta. Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience. Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms. Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area. Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish. Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed. Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome. Other duties as necessary or assigned. Experience: Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :) Requirements What are we looking for?
