As a Counter Server, you will play a crucial rolein delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. If you have apassion for food and customer service, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner. - Answer incoming calls and take orders or answer questions whileproviding excellent customer service. - Be knowledgeable on all menu items and be able to help guestswith placing orders based on their tastes, preferences, diets or allergies. - Be knowledgeable on all current promotions, specials and offers,and be able to apply them in accordance withour policies. - Accept and process payments. - Assist team members as needed in the dining room. - Provide guests with a positive experience that promotes repeatbusiness and continued patronage. - Retrieve guests and deliveryservice pick up orders, paying close attention to detail so orders are accurate. - Light lifting to stock products or cleaning and maintenance ofthe dining room. **Requirements:** - Must be at least 16 years old. - Must have a current Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card orwillingness to acquire one before starting. -Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention todetail. - Strongcommunication skills. - Basicmath skills for handling cash and processing transactions. - Mustbe able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Must be authorized to work in the United States, will be submitted through E-Verify **What we provide:** - Sickpay for all employees. -Medical, dental and vision insurance available to Full Time Employees. - A fun,energetic, and supportive work environment. -Employee discounts on food and beverages. -Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. -Closed on major holidays.
