Provide live intelligence analysis and play “white cell” roles during CRV execution, simulating enemy capabilities or scenario inputs to test crew responses under realistic conditions. Assist in developing and delivering weekly intelligence briefings for Mission Delta 4 unit commanders, summarizing relevant space threat updates and implications for missile warning operations. Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and contribute to threat assessments that shape training scenarios and instructional content, ensuring training is threat-informed. Maintain strict compliance with USSF training regulations and documentation standards, properly logging training events, evaluation results, and intelligence product dissemination according to official guidelines. Collaborate with Mission Delta 4 leadership and other instructors to ensure intelligence training aligns with operational requirements and integrates smoothly with broader crew training and exercise schedules. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Strategic Studies or a related field – or equivalent experience. 3+ years of combined experience in curriculum development and instruction, with a focus on intelligence or technical subjects. 3+ years of experience in counter-space intelligence analysis, involving analysis of adversary space capabilities, threats, or space order of battle. Experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes to create effective training programs and courses. Familiarity with multiple Mission Delta 4 missile warning and tracking systems (SBIRS, UEWR, JTAGS, etc.), enabling integration of technical system knowledge into intelligence training. Thorough knowledge of USSF training and evaluation regulations, and experience preparing official training documentation (e.g., training reports, evaluation forms). Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering complex intelligence information to audiences with varied backgrounds. Active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required). Preferred Qualifications Prior operational intelligence experience within Mission Delta 4 or USSPACECOM, providing direct insight into space threat intelligence support to missile warning missions.
