COUNTER STAFF

red ruby chinese takeaway is looking for a full-time or part time counter staff at our Birmingham location. We are looking for a professional counter person to provide excellent customer service and to maintain our takeaway’s appearance. We want you to perform all duties with a high degree of accuracy and with the aim of increasing your knowledge and experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift over 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills
• Must have a positive attitude, be able to communicate effectively with customers, be able to follow instructions, and be able to work as part of a team
• Must have the ability to read a line of script and know how to prepare menu items
• Ability to use cash register, point-of-sale system, and other equipment as needed
