Job Summary: The mission of the C-UAS FSR is to support the development, deployment, and training of  C-UAS systems to various customers across the globe. The program includes the development of a complete customer training and support package, including instructional materials, on-site delivery and technical support of C-UAS equipment, field and operator level maintenance tasks, and planning and execution of adversary drone events. The C-UAS FSR will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for organizing and supporting capabilities demonstrations, assembly and emplacement of system equipment, delivery of New Equipment Training (NET), maintenance and troubleshooting support, on-site operational support, and sustainment of C-UAS equipment for customers in CONUS and OCONUS locations worldwide. This role requires an industrious, dependable professional, experienced in technical writing and curriculum development, who is capable of growing a new program and continually seeking ways to improve and advance the training curriculum.  Responsibilities:  * Define training objectives to support NET * Design and develop training materials to support training objectives * Construct technical documents, including manuals, checklists, and user guides * Demonstrate an understanding of C-UAS systems and sub-systems * Facilitate the proper demonstration and delivery of C-UAS technologies * Utilize technical curriculum and related materials to deliver professional training services  * Serve as SME during interactions with students, customers, and government agency representatives * Deliver the C-UAS equipment and provide customer support activities including site survey, emplacement, and system calibration * Properly evaluate system performance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions * Perform appropriate levels of system maintenance to reduce downtime and improve operational effectiveness  * Coordinate/ conduct adversary UAS activities in support of capabilities demonstrations and adversary drone operations events Required Skills and Experience:  * Extensive knowledge of Unmanned and CUAS technologies * Experience designing and delivering professional training packages * Technical acumen and technical writing proficiency * Creative and adaptive mindset, and comfortable in dynamic work environments * UAS flight experience * Field Service Representative experience Desired Skills and Experience:  * Military training and course development experience * Avionics/radar systems maintenance qualification * CUAS operational experience * Proficiency in Microsoft product suite Required Background Check: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)  Type of Employment: Part-Time T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards.  To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full-time, part-time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel.  All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP.  Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
