My client is a leading logistics and warehousing company, committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest safety and efficiency standards. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Counterbalance Truck Driver to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a Counterbalance Truck Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move stock, load/unload goods, and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Counterbalance Truck License (essential).
  • Proven experience in a similar role (warehouse or logistics).
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit, as the role requires some manual handling.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a Counterbalance Truck to move, stack, and organise goods in the warehouse.
  • Load and unload deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
  • Ensure stock is stored correctly and efficiently.
  • Assist with stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report any faults or maintenance needs of equipment to the supervisor.
  • Support the team in daily operations to meet deadlines and targets.
