We’re currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced pallet networking operation in Lichfield.
If you’re a skilled forklift operator who thrives in a high-energy environment and is looking for a consistent, well-paid role, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced or pallet network warehouse is essential
• Confidence working to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
• Assessment required before start date

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move palletised goods safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trailers and vehicles
• Working within a busy cross-dock or pallet network environment
• Maintaining high levels of safety and accuracy
• Supporting the team with general warehouse duties as required
