Overview This course covers lift truck (forklift) fundamentals to include OSHA as it relates to safe lift truck operation. Counterbalance Forklift, Morning Class 2 Day Class December 2-3, 2025 8:00AM to 12:00PM Class will be held at: Maritime Training Center 360 Addsco Road Mobile, Alabama Class Description: This course covers lift truck (forklift) fundamentals to include OSHA as it relates to safe lift truck operation. It covers the following: Principles of Balance, Stability and Capacity Importance of a Thorough Pre-Operational Inspection of the Lift Truck Safe Load Handling Techniques Safe Handling of Fuels and Batteries Used in Lift Trucks Students will receive a certificate from AIDT. Requirements Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be eligible to work in the US. Interested applicants should apply online by 11/23/2025 by clicking the "APPLY" button below.
