POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Review and assess the credit strength of counterparties such as Banks and Corporates that Freddie Mac conducts business with.
  • Assist in financial continuous due-diligence activities on Banks and Corporates.
  • Play an active role in the development of methodologies and related risk reporting on counterparty related items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of related professional work experience in financial services, consulting, risk management, or a related field
  • BS/BA degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related degree or equivalent
  • Ability to assess a company’s financial strength through analyzing its financial documents, statements, and other related materials
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel
