Job Description Join our dynamic Operations Onboarding team and play a key role in ensuring new fund launches are operationally ready for success. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our investment operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless onboarding processes. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating new fund launches across internal teams and external stakeholders Managing set-up of funds, brokers and trading lines on internal applications Supporting onboarding of OTC, FX and Repo brokers to meet trading deadlines Maintaining accurate records of mandate launches and trading documentation Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with custodians and counterparties Monitoring and improving processes, controls and risk management within onboarding Assisting with custodian migrations and account openings in emerging markets Contributing to projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Strong technical investment knowledge and understanding of operational processes Proven experience in coordinating complex projects and meeting tight deadlines Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and external partners Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in spreadsheets, including lookup and reference formulas Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to multi-task in a changing environment Ideally educated to degree level; IMC qualification would be advantageous Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Responsibilities
The Counterparty Onboarding Analyst will coordinate new fund launches and manage the set-up of funds, brokers, and trading lines. They will also support the onboarding of brokers and maintain accurate records of mandate launches.
