This individual needs to understand customer needs and be able to utilize our electronic parts catalog to locate the right parts. Pay Scale The Parts Counterperson compensation is expected to range from $40,000 - $75,000.00, depending on job performance/qualifications. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97 plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Knowledge of cars and trucks especially helpful Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Work well with deadlines Maintain a high level of performance Familiarity with Parts Ability to multi-task Work well with co-workers Pass a criminal background screening Pass a drug test
