Responsibilities Install countertops, vanity tops, and fireplace surrounds according to industry standards and project specifications. Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit during installation. Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and timelines. Utilize proper tools and equipment for installation, including lifts, saws, and leveling devices. Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage during installation and transportation. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installation tools and equipment as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during the installation process. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certification is a plus. Proven experience in countertop installation or related field. Strong understanding of various materials including marble, granite, and quartz. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
