Responsibilities

Reporting into the General Manager the Retail Brand Manager will be responsible for our Australian market Retail, VM and Merchandise functions for the Factorie Brand

  • Build and drive culture that provides direction and purpose which challenges and inspires others
  • Develop teams with diverse skills that enables high performance and that builds an internal talent pipeline for future succession
  • Embed customer excellence while delivering on business profitability through strategic direction, commercial decision making and operational excellence
  • Lead the country team to execute Brand strategy and partner with key business stakeholders to deliver Group initiatives
  • Make an impact across the business to maximise efficiencies and simplify processes that deliver improved experiences for our team and customer
  • Influence product assortment through regular customer insights along with seasonal and geographical feedback to key stakeholders
