The CbC Center of Excellence Manager will be responsible for providing oversight of the CbC reporting projects and taking the lead role in liaison with the client relationship teams and with clients as required. What you’ll do: National delivery of CbC reporting requirements for your client portfolio, with support from both an onshore junior resource and our dedicated offshore team. Helping to enhance and continually improve processes for opportunity management and delivering a distinct client experience across the full client portfolio. Clarifying roles and responsibilities regarding the operational management of the wider team. What we’re looking for: Excellent client engagement abilities – you will need to work closely with clients and PwC’s client relationship teams to deliver CbC reporting, as well as gather and respond to process-related and general feedback from both groups. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be leading a group of consultants working across multiple clients. Collaboration will also include engaging with our offshore colleagues and managers in developing and continuously improving tools and processes. Project management expertise – effective organisational and project management skills are essential for successfully coordinating deadlines among our broad range of CbC clients, each with unique year ends and submission requirements. Technical proficiency – it’s crucial to understand key transfer pricing concepts. Staying current with global tax changes and applying them to CbC business opportunities will be part of your role. PwC offers extensive training in transfer pricing and international tax topics, including ongoing sessions focused specifically on CbC processes and updates. Drive and initiative – as the business evolves and transitions from existing practices, you’ll need plenty of energy and a positive, proactive approach. Motivating consultant teams, offshore colleagues, and the Australian relationship team is vital for effectively implementing the CbC business model.
