OVERVIEW

The dance instructor leads personable, engaging , and short, to-the-point country swing dancing experiences, and fosters a welcoming, confidence-building environment for dancers of all levels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bar, mixology, or barista service experience preferred, not required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work fast without compromising safety or quality
• Weekly nighttime availability required

• Can teach and demonstrate beginner through advances country swing and/or line dancing techniques, skills, etc.
• Ensures complete safety and comfort for all participants through words and actions.
• Uses encouraging language to promote sense of community among guests.
• Develops choreography for special events or themed nights as needed.
