REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 4 years in a country or regional leadership role.
  • Strong track record of market expansion and P&L ownership in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Italian business landscape and enterprise decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale teams from the ground up.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global product, legal, and operations teams.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally across Europe.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Familiarity with location-based technologies, geospatial data, IoT, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Prior experience launching or scaling a new market for a global tech company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Country Director – Enterprise Sales to spearhead our business growth in Italy. This senior leadership role blends high-level sales strategy with operational oversight to establish and expand our presence in a strategically vital market.
As Country Director, you will have end-to-end responsibility for defining and executing the Italian market strategy, including enterprise sales leadership, regional partnerships, and local operational support. Reporting to the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in translating our global vision into local success.
