At EasyPark, we love cities. We love them for work, for play and everything in between. That’s why our mission is to make life in cities that much easier – by taking care of the parking. With the use of technology, we break barriers, helping improve the urban experience. Our aim is to create a scenario where parking supply and driver demand are balanced not due to additional parking spots and fewer cars, but thanks to predictive technology that connects our users to available spots.
As country director for Finland, you will lead the Finnish Business-to-Parking-Operator commercial organization and oversee the business results for the Finnish organization. You will lead this region through maintaining great relationships with partners in the market, while constantly exploring business opportunities, driving EasyPark towards our global vision of making cities more liveable. This role plays a vital part in our Global Leadership Team, and reports into the Regional Director of the Nordics and Netherlands.
You will lead a smaller team of direct reports with whom you will collaborate to jointly drive revenue growth through both SaaS and transactional hardware sales. The role is highly commercial and involves analyzing the local context, identifying opportunities and challenges, and creating and executing plans to address them. Key stakeholders are government officials, partner organizations, local communicates and other customers such as public and private parking operators. Internally you will work closely with Product, PR/Comms, Marketing, and Legal. EasyPark Group is a value-driven organisation, and the Country Director must lead by example, providing leadership and guidance to the organisation’s staff in the country. As such, you will lead the Finnish leadership team (who may or may not report directly to you) and you will lead the larger team through transitions in times of change, while also being the public spokesperson in local media.
