Location: Querétaro, Mexico

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
