Location: Barcelona (with travel across Spain) Reporting to: Group CEO Roboyo is building it’s next chapter: Agentic Automation - autonomous, AI-powered agents embedded deep into enterprise workflows, not bolted-on copilots that sit in the corner of the screen. Spain is a priority growth market. We already have established heritage in scaled Automation across enterprise workflows and processes (Premier partner status across UiPath, Appian, Mendix, Power Platform, Celonis process mining), we are now actively working on implementing AI tools such as copilot, OpenAI API, Google Vertex AI, Rainbird, Parloa in our clients, and what we now need is a true market builder who can turn that competence towards the Spanish market and into a leading pure-play scaled AI & Agentic Process Automation consultancy business. This is not a maintenance role. This is a career opportunity for a top-tier operator to build and scale a country business from the ground up. You’re here to: Build and scale the Spain P&L Land and grow “rock” accounts (large, multiyear programs) moving beyond small proofs of concept to transformative partnerships with Spanish multi-nationals Stand up and commercialize agentic pods and forwarddeployed AI engineering squads inside our clients Turn our technology partnerships (UiPath, Microsoft, Appian and others) into a repeatable GTM engine in Iberia If you’ve grown an automation or AI practice in a Big 4 / NTT/ IBM style environment and then proven you can do it in a more entrepreneurial setting, this is your chance to run the country. What you will own 1. Market ownership & P&L You will be the Regional Director and Head of Roboyo Spain: Own the full Spain P&L - revenue, gross margin, SG&A and EBITDA for the country Set and execute the Spain market strategy across sectors (IBEX35, large national champions, leading midmarket digital attackers) Define the portfolio mix for Spain: from legacy automation through to highmargin agentic AI services and managed services Build a strong pipeline with good coverage discipline in the market, always ensuring you and your team are actively filling the top of the funnel and winning in the market with leading AI and Agentic propositions. 2. New logo hunting & growth You will be the lead and primary hunter in Spain: Personally lead new logo acquisition in key verticals (Financial Services, Telco, Energy, Retail, Industrial, Public Sector, etc.) Shape and sell AI & Agentic Automation transformations: multiuse case roadmaps, AI squads, agentic pods, and workflow-embedded AI solutions Move clients from one off automations to programmatic value creation Agentic transformations Partner with global and regional sales on lighthouse pursuits headquartered in Spain spanning Europe and the Americas Approximate focus: 60 - 70% hunting & growth / 30- 40% people & operations. 3.GTM through partners & ecosystem You’ll turn partnerships into a force multiplier: Own the Spain partner GTM with UiPath (priority), Microsoft, Appian and other strategic platforms - joint account plans, pipeline, and cosells Ensure Roboyo shows up as the partner that “makes AI real in workflows” - enhancing the offering beyond license agreements, into EBIT-impacting results for clients Build a local ecosystem of alliances (consulting firms, boutiques, hyperscalers, industry associations, communities) that amplifies our reach Represent Roboyo in the Spanish AI & automation community - conferences, panels, thought leadership, and C-level roundtables 4. Onshore delivery leadership You’ll lead a high-calibre, onshore delivery capability in Barcelona, Spain: Lead and grow the Spanish delivery team (consultants, solution architects, engineers, project managers) - onshore and hybrid Shape and oversee AI transformation squads / forward deployed engineering teams embedded at client sites and running continuous usecase backlogs Ensure flawless delivery of complex automation and AI engagements, in close partnership with our global practice and near/offshore hubs Champion a culture of operator discipline: utilization, delivery quality, NPS, and turning the practice into a business reference, on every major engagement 5. Culture, leadership & talent You’ll be the cultural anchor for Roboyo Spain: Build, mentor and retain a senior bench of sales, pre-sales, consulting and engineering leaders Lead the reskilling journey from traditional RPA developers and consultants into AI & agentic engineers (tool use, function calling, RAG, multiagent orchestration) Create a highperformance, hightrust culture with clear goals, transparent MI, and nodrama execution Be the voice of Spain in regional leadership forums - pushing for what the market needs and holding the rest of the organization to account on support What you bring You’re probably coming from a background such as: Big 4 / NTT/IBM / Tier1 consulting + scaleup or specialist automation/AI firm, where you’ve already built or scaled a country or regional business. Must-have experience 10+ years in technologyenabled consulting / services, with 5+ years owning or coowning a P&L or country/region Proven new logo hunter: you’ve personally led and closed multihundredthousand to multimillioneuro services deals in Spain Deep grounding in Intelligent Automation / Cognitive Process Automation (RPA, workflow, BPM, IDP, orchestration) with recent GenAI / LLM / agentic AI exposure Experience running or standing up a practice / country business: hiring teams, setting GTM, building pipeline, delivering programs Strong partnerled GTM experience with at least one of: UiPath, Microsoft, Appian, other major platforms Strong network with Spanish CIOs, CDOs, COOs, Heads of Transformation and Heads of Automation CoEs in at least one or two priority sectors Solid command of commercial levers: pricing, rate cards, utilization, deal structuring (including outcome-based models) and margin management Located in Spain (Barcelona) or willing to relocate to act as cultural anchor for Roboyo Spain Agentic AI & technical fluency You don’t need to be a handson engineer, but you should be able to credibly discuss: How LLMs, RAG, vector databases and toolcalling enable agentic workflows How to structure multiagent systems around endtoend business processes (e.g., customer onboarding, claims, KYC, field service) How to rewire work so AI agents operate safely with humanintheloop and strong governance Leadership & personal traits Builder mindset - you get energy from blanksheet problems: opening a market, building teams, creating plays where none exist Operator discipline - you know what “good” looks like in a services P&L and can manage the details without losing the vision Executive presence - comfortable with boardlevel discussions, able to sell “the art of the possible” while holding the line on value and scope Change leadership - you’ve led teams through at least one tech pivot (e.g., from classic RPA to intelligent automation, or from automation to GenAI) Languages: Native/fluent Spanish and strong English are mandatory What we offer A career and legacy building role: you will be the person who built Roboyo Spain into the reference AI & Agentic Automation player in the market The backing of a global pureplay leader in agentic process automation & AI, with established delivery hubs, IP and partner status High autonomy to shape the Spain GTM, org design and hiring roadmap - with direct access to the CEO and global exec team Competitive base + aggressive bonus structure tied to Spain performance (new logos, revenue, margin) Equity/longterm incentive potential for outstanding performance and value creation A culture that genuinely values “next level” talent, experimentation and rapid upskilling - including access to our global AI guilds and partner training If you want to grow from leading a practice to owning country business, driving impact through opportunities in the Spanish market; if you’re ready to move from “talking about GenAI” to actioning and operationalizing agentic AI in real workflows and processes at scale, we’d love to talk.
