• Be the voice of your country’s customers inside Bookbot and ensure that their feedback is heard and addressed.
• Ensure our website content is correct, live, and always up to date.
• Provide professional customer support during regular work hours (9 AM–5 PM).
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, journalists, and partners.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials (e.g. bookmarks) to customers.
• Represent your country in weekly business reviews with management - bringing data, insights, and clear proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer experience.
