Key Responsibilities Lead and manage operations, ensuring alignment with global strategy and business objectives. Drive sales and business development for Thailand exports, with a primary focus on USA and European trade lanes. Manage and expand a personal book of business of 500–1000 TEU/year with gross margin contribution of USD 125K+ annually. Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, NVOCC partners, and carriers. Oversee branch operations, staff performance, and compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations. Develop strategies to increase market share, profitability, and operational efficiency. Report to regional and global management on performance, opportunities, and challenges. Represent the company in industry events, associations, and customer engagements. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in export trade to USA and/or Europe in NVOCC (ocean freight). 6 - 10 years of leadership experience as a Branch Manager or Deputy Branch Manager with a Top 100 NVOCC in Thailand/USA. Indonesia-based NVOCCs specializing in USA/European exports will also be considered. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a personal CIF business portfolio of 500–1000 TEU/year with a gross margin of USD 125K+ annually. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in native country, ASEAN, UK, or USA. Fluent native language and English 6 -8 years of ocean carrier sales experience strongly preferred.
