Drive sales efforts, including prospecting, pipeline management, client acquisition, and closing deals with enterprise and mid-market customers. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the legal, compliance, and financial sectors. Identify, recruit, and onboard early local team members and partners to accelerate growth. Adapt our client's value proposition to the local market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory context. Collaborate with the global team to localize sales strategies, pricing, and marketing materials. Represent the client at industry events, panels, and customer meetings to establish thought leadership in legal-tech and AI. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles, ideally in SaaS or technology companies. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of market launch. Solid understanding of legal or regulatory environments; legal background is a strong plus. Experience in scaling a product from zero to one in a new market is highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish and English High adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving orientation.
